The Integration of Innovation Platforms in Sustainability for Well-Being Governance TIIPS4Wellbeing Governance is the anniversary event of the Health Leadership and Management Development Institute (HLMDI) which will be held in the city of Pécs between May 8th and 11th ,2024.

The main hosts of the event are the faculty of Human Sciences (Primary Host) led by Dean Bene ,the Faculty of Community and Social Studies, and the Medical School of the University of Pécs,led by Dean Nyitrai, the Institute of Public Health Medicine under the Institutional Leadership of HLMDI Executive Board member Prof.Dr.Istvan Kiss.

The earlier key contributoring institutes to HLMDI's success include: the  US Embassy in Hungary, the US Chamber of Commerce, EU Funds and the Red Cross, the Ohio University, the University of HAN Applied Sciences in collaboration with the Trans-disciplinary sciences institute of the medical school of the University of Pécs, the University of Botswana, Farmer Frog and Urban Lanscapes from Seattle, Faculties of Business and Economics, Medicine, Health Sciences, Engineering, Natural Sciences from the University of Pecs, Rural Baranya County Mayors' Offices, the RoMoMatter Consortium , the FEAMHP consortium , Breakthrough Systems of Innovation Co.Ltd, Nobilite Human Resource Capacity and Healthcare Research Co.Ltd.

This is to acknowledge the role of founding members which acted as Breakthrough Leaders, Professor Dr.Ferenc Farkas who gifted us with the invaluable connections to the HAN UAS and Dr.János Fojtik from our Advisory Board. Neither are amongst us physically anymore, but the anniversary will be held in their names. Dr.Klára Farkasfalvi who left us with her spirit at the age of 45 as the leader of the intensive care unit and Anaethesiologist at the Heart Center in the city of Pécs.She was an inspiration  as a dedicated member of the HLMDI family.

HLMDI owes a great deal to its Systems Thinking and Systems Paradigm approach. Prof.Dr.György Csébfalvi, brought his innovative ways in approaching the question of best practices in designing capacity-building and researvh programs around"evidence-based governance and clinical governance"  for transitioning healthcare systems. All HLMDI members were graduates of a licensing program built around "co-created global health governance for effective healthcare reform". Thanks to such innovative approaches,HLMDI has been able to play its role in Education,Research and Advocacy. HLMDI has over the years built a high level focus around the topic of "Managing the Circualr Migration of Brain and Talent for Socio-Economic and Socio-Environmental Health and Well-Being". The topic of Migration Health led by the Chair of our Advisory Board Prof.Dr.István Szilárd was one link amongst all brought by Professor Csébfalvi.

HLMDI would not have reached its 15th anniversary without the full support of its founding members and leaders above all Prof.Dr.Sándor Szabados, thanks to Prof Szabados events enjoyed a fixed venue at the Heart Center promoting knowledge spill-overs around Healthcare and Clinical Governance discourse.

Founding member Professor Dr. Imre Gerlinger was a fundamental role-player when it came to alternative and Innovative Governance Models in Healthcare within HLMDI.

TIIPS4Well-being 2024, will be embracing declarations and pathways proposed by high level Sustainability and Well-being Congresses above all GSDC (Global Sustainabile Development Congress). Global Sustainability Leaders' Summit, CUGH 2024 (Consortiom of Universities for Global Health: Global Health Without Boarders 2024),Sustainable Research and Innovation Congress 2024 (sricongress.org),Wellbeing Economy Forum (https://www.wellbeingeconomyforum.is/),

One Sustainable Health for All (https://www.oshforall2023.com/en/),

The event aims at contributing to the development of Trans-sectoral collaborations both locally and internationally in line with SDGSs Goal 17. The advanced models in Environmental,Social,Governance (ESG) sit at the center of scientific discourse during the 4 day event.

The event will be embracing the Declarations laid down during the First European American Migration Platform (www.feamhp.org), drawing attention to the facilitating role of Transdisciplinary and Trans-sectoral Communities of Practice (CoP), Living Lab Project Models for Transitional Systems Governance, supported by Trans-continental Knowledge Based Innovation Platforms .The RoMoMatter Post-Conference Event, declaration on the other hand stipulated the priority of capacity building programs , policies and governance schemes that lead to creation of "Inclusive" and "Decent Job Opportunities" under SDGS Goal 8 as the most important field under individual, institutional and community empowerment towards "Productive Life Years Lived in Well-Being SDGs Goal 3".

Cited by Ochoea Pacheco et.al "Organizational concerns about workers’ wellbeing are growing exponentially due to the global VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment. In this environment, organizational success is no longer simply based on short-term revenue maximization, capital investments, or sales, but increasingly depends on people’s wellbeing, human capital, and the development of human talent to ensure sustained and sustainable growth and performance".

The International Center for Sustainable Well-Being (https://www.sustainwellbeing.org/) sees Sustainable Urban Development and Agro-Food Systems Innovation as key pillars of Sustainable Health and well-being.  Engineering including Digital and Urban Development fields of focus as well as Agro-Food System's Innovation will be foundation fields at the congress.
